Dr. Mehak Rafiq brings over a decade of combined enterprise leadership and academic excellence in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as Unit Head of AI & ML and VP of Artificial Intelligence at Askari Bank, she leads cross-functional engineering teams deploying production AI/ML solutions across 9 enterprise departments serving over 1.3 million customers.

With prior tenure as a Tenured Assistant Professor and Data Analytics Lab Lead at NUST for nearly 9 years, along with her Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Greenwich, Dr. Rafiq bridges the gap between academic rigor and real-world system architecture.
